Less Lethal Devices and This website was first created in 1997 as a response to the
tragic death of PC Nina Mackay. 10 years later UK Policing has slowly progressed to the
extent that Baton Rounds and Tasers are now
available to Police as Less Lethal Options in Violent Policing Scenarios. This website will no longer be updated but is being left as
a tribute to ALL those Police Officers who risk their lives on a daily basis
and to show historically the developments made since I wrote my original
article in 1998. The purpose of this web site was to examine Non Lethal Weapons
