Aptitude Testing
Employers are increasingly using aptitude tests as an indicator of what type of person a potential employee might be. Such tests can indicate as to whether an employee is honest, a hard worker, reliable, will get on with colleagues, and numerous other important factors that may be taken into account for the selection process.
Aptitude tests are a series of questions that have been scientifically designed to obtain personal traits based on the answers given.
I have taken an online aptitude tests that will enable a prospective employer to see what characteristics I have that might affect my abilities in the work place. The results are displayed in a screen shot below and show that whilst I have areas that I am competent, I also have areas of which I am characteristically lacking in ability.
