Technites offers a part time, all-in-one package (technical

whereby it looks after all IT issues for the client: applications,
network, telephony, e-business, security, troubleshooting, etc.

Who is it for
For firms sized from 3 to 30, who have relatively simple IT needs but need a network and access to a wide range of skills (applications, network, comms, e-business, etc) which can be expensive to obtain separately.

How it works
For a fixed monthly retainer, you will get guaranteed minimum
on-site attendance, free telephone support, and a call out service dependent on your needs. Whenever feasible Technites will carry out all tasks itself. Where necessary it will work via trusted third party suppliers and manage that interface for you; including any vendors that you may already currently engage.

Our retained rates will be cheaper than call out rates by vendors or support providers. We try and carry out any maintenance tasks outside office hours at no extra cost so as to cause the least disruption to you. Also provided in the package is our consultancy services e.g. look out for industry trends and notify you of changes in legislation, etc that may affect your busines, give impartial assessment of IT products and services that you may come across. (e.g the upcoming requirement to dispose off old IT equipment in a safe way). The overall result is that you have someone who is fully accountable, experienced, responsive and yet with zero overheads.
