The Guild's main activities are organised on a regional basis by its branches (based on the geographical areas of the United Reformed Church Synods) but it has an Annual Celebration Day which is organised centrally. 

The Guild has its own Organ Advisory Service with Redundant Organ Register

Membership may be individual or Corporate for Churches.

The Guild magazine, Guild Review, is published 3 times a year. (Copy closing dates 1 April, 1 August, 1 December).
